We may not be able to deliver to all locations. If we do not deliver to Your location, You will be sent a notice and You will not be charged for Your order.

Any delivery dates or times provided by Protege or Grab Swag Store (or its delivery agent) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. You are responsible to provide true and accurate information during the checkout process, including but not limited to the Shipping Address. We will deliver your Order for Products to the Shipping address you provided in the Grab Swag Store Checkout. If we cannot successfully deliver because you have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information or you are unavailable to accept the delivery, the package may be returned to us or disposed at our discretion, and no refund will be provided. Any replacement or redelivery may result in subsequent costs and expenses which you shall be liable for.

Delivery starts to countdown from the moment the order is being picked up and processed by the courier company. Order placed after 2pm will required 1 additional business day to process. Weekend and public holidays not included.

Free Shipping

Free shipping option is available for countries we shipped to only. 

To enjoy Free shipping, the order subtotal (excluding taxes and shipping) must be SGD150 or above. 

Total cart with a subtotal (before shipping is applied) of SGD150 and above will qualify for free standard shipping. The shipping time would take approximately 3 – 7 business days and may go up to 15 business days. Delay may happen due to a compulsory customs clearance procedures for all international packages.

The qualifying order will ship via the most cost-effective shipping service which will be selected at Grab Swag Store discretion.

Free shipping applies to online retail orders placed directly through our website only.

Free shipping cannot be combined with other promo or discount code.

Cancelling items, and changing your shipping address or carrier preferences might affect your order’s eligibility for Free shipping.

You will not eligible for Free shipping on your order if you choose to cancel item(s) resulting in your order subtotal being below SGD150 after the order after payment been made. Our customer care will be in touch and advise on the shipping fee.  

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Free shipping with purchase of SGD150 and above option at any time.

If required, this offer does not include any costs associated with return shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.   

We DO NOT accept any return and exchange of item for wrong selection, size, colour, model, products not meeting your expectation or that you change your mind due to any reason. If you would like a different size or colour, place a new order.

No cancellation is allowed once the order has been processed or is on delivery.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products – You may return and exchange (of the same product) if the product received is incorrect or damaged and defective during delivery.

If you have received a product as the above conditions, please reach out to our customer care at (with your Order Number, Invoice Number, Photos) within 3 days from receipt of the product. Once we have verified your request, we will arrange a replacement of the product to be delivered to you at no cost.

Do not remove any security tag or product tag attached to the product. Product must be unused and in its original condition and in its original packaging along with all accessories and free gifts received with it (if any). If security tag or product tag have been removed, we shall consider that the product is used and by default will not qualify under our exchange terms.  

Protege does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfilment centre. At our discretion, a refund or a replacement may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Protege does not take title to the returned item.
